Clothed Figure Drawing Workshop

This workshop will focus on the study of the clothed figure starting with basic fundamentals of figure drawing. The drawing medium for this class will be charcoal as well as Conte Products. We will discuss and break down drawing tools and tips as well as setting up and creating a quick under-drawing of the pose to guide you through the process. Likeness is secondary during this workshop. The emphasis is on gesture, landmarks, structure, form and proportion for the shorter poses. Light and shadow are examined, particularly as they apply to defining form and anatomy during the longer poses.
